Professional Experience
Over the past five years, I’ve worked in the mental health community sector supporting individuals facing a range of life challenges, including severe mental health issues, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, aging, and reintegration after incarceration. I have experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and stress, guiding them toward breaking negative cycles and finding resilience.
