Professional Experience
“Over the past five years, I’ve worked in community mental health services supporting people facing severe and long‑term challenges, including significant mental health issues, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, ageing, and reintegration after incarceration. This has given me experience walking with people through anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and high levels of stress, and helping them to break unhelpful cycles and discover resilience and hope.”
